Who said that it’s an issue?

It’s an issue for you but not for the platform.

First of all if you don’t have any level you can see only 10 requests per day. There is no guarantee that every day 10 people need exact service you are providing therefore it might be less people posting buyer request and on top of that they will disappear after certain amount of sellers will apply for it.

Or do you have a proposal how to improve it? Of course without just saying that you personally want
