Be honest with your clients even if there is a chance of not getting the order. It will help you to build your impression. Try to response as politely as possible. The more your impression go higher the more you’re likely to get order from buyers.

And to improve your gig, first visit your profile as a buyer! If you’re about to buy the same service, what are you looking for in a seller? Put the answers in your gig creatively.
