Maybe you have already noticed that, recently Fiverr updated the Order Completion Rate. It will display the result of last 60 days calculation. The rate also includes all cancellations, which is now included mutual cancellations. This might be a bit of a shock, but don’t worry this is for your internal use only and no one else sees these ratings. It’s to help you track your account progress on orders and account.
