These days i’m trying to send offers for buyer requests, but I still don’t understand a few things.

People really don’t respond to offers? Even to say no?
If someone answers me, where will I see the message?
Where can I see that they decline the offer?

after sending request just wait, you will receive answer from buyer in your “Message” inbox.
mostly buyers are not replying so don’t worry about it and trying to send requests again and again, one day you will be successful and get first order.
