New User - can't view my files from order

Received my order for new logos, I see the files attached as source files but cannot download or at least view them, please advise

Yes you can contact customer support.

Don’t accept the order until you’ve viewed the files. Try other browsers. Other than that, Customer Support is probably your best option.

The source files are not provided to the buyer for downloading/viewing until the order is accepted and completed. You need to ask the seller to provide the source file contents in a JPEG or PNG format for previewing. After that you can complete the order and you will be allowed to download the original files.
