The link you provided is littered with ads and English errors, makes several assumptions that can’t be proven, and makes claims that plain won’t work in some categories for some types of gigs.

Edit: There are some applicable tips there, but be sure that they can be applied to what you offer. (If you do oil paintings, for an extreme example, don’t offer 24 service.)
