I’m just new to Fiverr today. Placed an order for my first gig and the seller has just come back to me to apologise and say he cannot deliver. How do I get my money back? I’m hoping that my first experience is not going to be the norm!!!
Hi Julie. Have you accepted the cancellation? After you do, your refund should show up in the green box in the upper right-hand corner of the page, near your profile picture (when logged into fiverr.com). If I’m mistaken, maybe someone else will chime in and correct me.
