Newbie question re Free Gigs?

So no luck so far with my 1st gig, but even so I am still thinking about other gigs I might put on fiverr, and I was wondering, are you allowed to let people get a good feel for what you are offering, by giving away a free sample gig, or is that against the fiverr rules?
