if i create a gig for sell my fiverr account or may i create fiverr account for buyers, Will i banned in fiverr system??

I have been trying to upload my gig video, the error message reads, invalid file name, so I have saved the file name as different names, I am now wondering if the error reads invalid file name meaning the file TYPE, it is real time movie.

Could anyone please tell me what file type to save my video as?

I am new to this.

When you joined and asked why you had no sales, I replied with tips about setting up your gig to make it desirable to Buyers. And you argued my comment about sales being slow due to the holidays, as well as it being year end for businesses.



So it’s been 3 weeks…

• Your bio profile needs improvement.
  
• Your (only) gig photo still shows a woman with her head cut off.
  
• Your gig description needs improvement.
  
• Your tags need work.
  
• If you deliver a “file”, why is delivery 2 days and not Express?
