Hi i am new in this platform. I am CIPD qualified HR professional carrying 12 years experience of HR. My specializations are Rewards and Policies, HRBP, HRIS, Data n Analytics and Talent and OD. I delivered several strategic projects for my employers e.g. change management during dirigal transformation, outsourcing and re-badging, Mergers and acquisition etc. Need your guidance how can i start my career as free lancer.
