No Delivery Box and The Countdown Is Ticking

Hi, a guy recently added an extra that I ‘offered’ to him, and I told him as soon as he purchased the extra (commercial license), i’d deliver the file. But there is absolutely no delivery box now in the order thread… Why?! How do I deliver it? I could just message him with it, but the clock will continue to tick and be a late order tomorrow and count against me. Please take a look at this video I made of the situation:

I’ve signed out, cleared my broswer cache etc but no box wants to appear… I’ve also signed in on another browser…



Thank you in advance for any help you can offer me - the customer is waiting!

Hey… yeah Fiverr was down today for approximately 3 to 5 hours. and i heard same problem from some guys… I think you should wait for fixing this error. Hope Fiverr Professionals will work on this problem… Good Luck - See more at: http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/comment/270028#Comment_270028
