I have just had an Assignment delivered to me. I cannot open the document. It comes up with a delivery box and when I click on it nothing happens. Any clues?

Attachment is under the delivery box good luck
No such luck, there is a line directly iunder the delivery box icon, but nothing to click or indicate any attachment
