No Email and Fund Received

Hello Everyone… I am new on Fiverr… i have attached my Payoneer account with fiverr…
Yesterday i request for withdrawal using “Bank Transfer” option… but i didn’t receive any email in my inbox or spam folder… also i didn’t receive any fund on my payoneer account…
What should i do now ? Did i select the wrong option for withdrawal ?

its payoneer card issue… they need to verify my account before transferring… i verified the account… now its fixed… thanks for the comment…
