No emails, no warning, no notifications


I’ve been having problems with the website and the app. Netither the app or website are sending notifications to my phone or e-mail when a customer messages me or when someone makes an order. Not even when the deadline is aproaching and I’ve already lost two orders and of course the customer gave me a bad rating causing my stats to hit rock bottom and I’m finding it really hard to recover. I already contacted the support team but they keep telling me the same. Is anyone else also having this issue? Cause this is totally ruinning me.

have you checked your phone settings as well?


Click on your profile image on the Fiverr main page and then Settings and Notifications.

This will show your preferences as to how you receive notifications.


I also don’t know about it… If anyone can explain it…would be best
