No feedback from Customer Service

I am waiting for Fiverr Customer Service to answer an URGENT request that I have submitted more than 12 days ago. I am getting very frustrated by this because the situation since then got even worse. Will anyone contact me please?

I have always gotten feedback in 24 hours or less, submit another request and I hope you’re using http://fiverr.zendesk.com/home



Be descriptive and link to the gig you ordered and any other information you’ll need to resolve this. I wish you the best and let us know if you got it fixed.

I cannot log into customer service. It won’t accept my password and won’t send me a new one. Is there any other way to contact them? I cannot check on my tickets.

Reply to @breedles: Just a thought… you have to register with the support portal it is not the same as your Fiverr login: http://support.fiverr.com/registration

Ozzieuk I tried to register and it said that my email address was already registered but it refuses every password, even to send me a new one!
