No level showing after completing all requirements

I have completed all level requirements for level one before2 days, even my response rate, order completion rate , on time delivery rate all are 100% but still no level showing.
Can anyone help me in this plz

All the levels are updated on 15th of every month, so you will get your level next month on 15th february.
