No live preview of jobs

I am pretty new to Fiverr. I have done 4 projects. But I have not got any live portfolio on any of my 2 gigs. Live portfolio is ticked. Am I doing something wrong? Or in every cases the buyer just tick off the portfolio option? It’d be very beneficial to have live portfolio in my gig.
