A buyer has bought my testimonial but hasn’t contacted me in any way or given me any clue about his product or anything! I have tried to contact him, but it has been two days now and nothing. The money is still posted but I’m stumped! I’m very new and it was my first order! Help!

Actually, I wouldn’t cancel. Let it sit there. You never know when they might come back and why get the first order as a cancellation.

If the buyer hasn’t completed buyer instructions yet, then your countdown won’t have started so you don’t need to worry about that.



If they have completed the instructions but haven’t provided all the information you need, then things get a little more urgent. I’d message them one more time and if you don’t hear back within 24 hours, I’d cancel.



You can contact Customer Support about cancelling the order.
