No orders after second warning

Hi, after I got two TOS warning and 1-star review all my orders were dropped down, for the 1 stars review the buyer didn’t like what I create a designer and when I asked him to what hi need exactly to do a revision, hi accepted the order and then gave me 1 stars review. So what should I do now? the two warnings were in the same month? Do Fiverr rank me again because I know that I do well as a seller.
