A week really isn’t a long time, especially when it falls during holiday season. You may have to wait a little while before you get your first order.

A few tips that might help speed up the process:

• Include samples of your work. To do this, you can add images or a PDF file to your Gig’s gallery.

• Consider updating your main Gig picture. An image of you in a doctor’s surgery or something will look far better than a blurry stock photo.

• Improve your command of English orthography (if you intend to write in English). Commas don’t have spaces before and after them, and neither do periods. Capitalise words like “India” and don’t capitalise words like “among” unless they begin a sentence.
