No orders received after mutual cancelation of unfair order

I have completed my first two orders successfully. Reserved 3rd order directly without any discussion and the order is unfair. Therefore order was canceled mutually. But now my order completion became 67% and no others at all. No way to improve my statistics.

Don’t worry about this rating! It happens, I have also had to mutually cancel an order. It will not affect your analysis for becoming a 1st level seller. Just carry on and always make sure you have enough information before an order is opened. I hope this helps!
