No resolution centre links on order page...and gigs not going through - URGENT

hey there,

I have paid $35 but the seller is only seeing one gig for $15…below is the paypal screenshot…I need this job rushed so must try get this resolved quickly…however there seems to be no support email or links anywhere that work (the only one I found gave me page does not exist error??)
