No responce from FIVERR CUSTOMER SUPPORT from past 12 to 13 days

Could some one help? and explain whats going on??

FIVERR CUSTOMER SUPPORT didnt answr my requests I am tired to contact over and over.

They restrict my account with any reason. I have 100% with all good rating.

I had to wait 7 days or so to get a response from them, they are probably very busy at the moment, or there’s something going on there.

Give it a few more days, then try to message them again (on the same request, or complete the request and start a new one).

Hope that helps, can’t do anything to actually speed it up.

I don’t understand what are going there. FIVERR CUSTOMER SUPPORT Didn’t answer me. From past 12 to 13 days trying to contact over and over.
They also restrict my account. I contact over and over .

Being disappointed from My active excellent account. I start with a new account and same …just block my account. :frowning:

Should fiverr NoT want to use them?

There are many things that can affect the speed of Customer Support including: multiple accounts, multiple help tickets from you, a large volume of help requests from all users, etc. No one can help you with your issues except CS, however. I’m sorry.
