No Response and Time is Passing

I recently added a new gig to my list and the next day (6:15am) received an order. The client queried for an alternative in file sharing. I responded with an answer at around 7:30am.



I only have one day (out of two) to complete this gig on time and the client hasn’t responded to any of my push notifications yet. This is a time-consuming gig. What should I do in order to maintain good status for my self and maybe the client as well?

You may have to contact Customer Support to get the order cancelled if the client is not replying to your requests
