No response from support after a really long time, what should i do?


About a month ago i had a problem where one of my buyers tagged me negative, it was all sorted out and he even made his rating positive. But when he gave me negative i lost my level 1.

Since then i never actually regained level 1, support hasn’t replied either, Any help would be much appreciated…


Very unusual for support not to respond within a couple of hours, let alone a month! I suggest that you check out the customer support website and look at your open requests, see if it appears there. You may have missed a response in your email.


Its strange, i still have the confirmation email but still no requests there…


I made a second support req, still absolutely no reply in 24 hours…

Edit: I just checked and the request still isnt in the Check your existing requests section 0.0
