No response from support from 7 days

Hi,



I changed my paypal id and am not able to receive funds in my new paypal id…

I msg support and no response yet, i have lots of patience, but now i feel i will not get a reply there.

Also I got 85$ worth of order from one buyer ( i check his profile - he was very new to fiverr )



I completed his work and after 2 days the order got cancelled by fiverr support - The buyer account is no longer active… Fiverr didnt even told the buyer to msg me if he had some problem… they directly cancelled the order.



I have got 2 new orders today from a buyer ( He is also very new )



so am 100% sure same will happen this time… Now am worried what should we do to be on safe side ?

Same for me. Support does not reply back and I cannot withdraw funds since the email is never received.

Now it is 4 days and counting.

Fiverr support is down due to too much traffic…
