No Sound in Popup Portfolio

Hello



I notice when I visit my account, that when I click the little camera icon by a customers review to play the video, there is no sound. I’m wondering if it has something to do with my computer or with Fiverr’s player.



I sent Fiverr a ticket but they tell me there is no problem.



I would appreciate if someone would go to:

Scroll down to the customer reviews, click one or several of the camera icon to play a video and tell me if you get sound when you play the video (please try more than one)



If you do get sound, could you please tell me what browser you were using.

Thanks guys…I kinda thought it was something on my end. Just can’t figure out what it is. Oh well, I will keep plugging away.

Yes…I have sound everywhere else. I even get sound on Fiverr when I play the larger videos in my portfolio. The only place I don’t get sound is when I click that little camera icon…the video pops up and plays but no sound.
