New seller video not reviewed in 24hrs, now 4 days, contact support, they ask to select from list of problems but no selection in drop down list to ask exact question, no text box either, how to contact support? chat?

You can contact Fiverr CS:
First click your profile picture, and Choose Help and Support
You can send Support Ticket and pick the right category.
Please note that Fiverr CS is very busy lately.
Sometime their response will be in 4-10 days
