No way of getting in touch with support

Hey guys,

So for 3 days, I have been trying to get in touch with customer support.
I have not heard anything back from them.

When I try to open a resoltuion it tells me my account has been demoted and I can’t send any message.

No e-mail from Fiverr or just any new from them!

A little about me a seller:

I have delivered over 800 orders, have an overall rating of 4.9 and have over 422 reviews.

Is anyone facing this issue at the moment?


If you send more than one ticket to support they don’t like it and might not answer. So stop sending them messages and wait to hear from them.

No, because I’m patient! If I submit a ticket, I know they will get to it eventually. With everything that’s going on, I’m sure they are inundated with cases.

Multiple tickets is a surefire way to get ignore or blocked from using the ticketing system.

Sure, but I was in a case where they asked me to follow up… And the case is pretty urgen…
