Non delivery, and refund

I have been using fiverr last one month and it has been amazing. I am facing issue with one order as the delivery date was not met. On the delivery date seller sends a word document with no content and changes the status as delivered… I initiated cancel request and the seller has not cancelled… How do i get refund for this order…?
