Not able to withdraw funds

Hey, I tried to withdraw my funds which is all cleared. So, it’s my first time withdrawing funds. I did everything according to Fiverr instructions then I had a final message that your funds will be transferred to your PayPal account within a few days.
I waited for 4-5 days and tried again but still all the funds are in my fiverr account.
What should i do now? Please help
