Not allowing me to cancel

I started an order with a seller here. I told them what I wanted and they said okay so I placed a custom order. Now during the next few days they kept getting the same things incorrect. I eventually decided to cancel because I figured they weren’t the person for the job. They denied it that time and acknowledged what I wanted and didn’t want. They delivered an order and it’s exactly what they acknowledged as what I didn’t want. I’m cancelling again. I also took a screenshot of them acknowledging but I can’t seem to contact Fiverr.
