Not Cancelling order

Hi, i’ve a buyer who is not willing to provide enough information to complete the order i’ve done the work which was listed in requirements now she is asking for a refund or do any other(content) for her which i am not going to do so. i’ve sent her request for cancellation and she didn’t reply.
So now only 10 hours remaining, please curious of expert opinion
i don’t want to stick with her, just wanna cancel.
