Not enough information from buyer to start order

A buyer recently placed an order without contacting me. In the order requirement, he left “n/a”. What can I do?

Please message the buyer for required information to start the order. It would be better if you contact fiverr support and inform the issue.

I think more information is required to answer this question. Not sure which seller category this falls to, but drop a message first and continue to provide the service you offer. Make sure to prepare an answer just in case if this backfires. If he responds within the deadline send him a request to extend the delivery date due to insufficient information. This also depends on the buyer, If he is cool person everything will work well.

Message the buyer and ask for what you need. If he doesn’t do that, cancel.

Do as @humanissocial said, and I’d also consider asking CS to cancel instead of through the resolution center. This way it may be possible for it to not count against your stats.
