Not get orders after level2

I don’t know what happened but after reach, to Level 2 seller my gig was thrown own and I don’t know on which page I ranked also impressions and impacts are go down and down day by day. before that, I’m in Level 1 always be on the first page, and get lots of inquiries and orders but till last month I didn’t get any order and a single query. I hope you guys help me with my concern. Thank you
