Leaving reviews and ratting are totally depends on buyer and its their choice.
Being a seller our only contract with buyer is to work on their needs and get paid, Remember asking for reviews or even talking about reviews would drag you in trouble and you may get warning for doing so.

So forgot about it and move on !
