Not getting any email when click any of the revenue options

I joined Fiver using the google connect feature. Now when I try to withdraw money or change the email address, it says see the email sent to my email address. But unfortunately I did not received any email.
I also tried to create a new account (for testing) using the same email address (I used different username). It sends confirmation email to my email address (I did not accept that, I want my first account to work).

What went wrong and how can I withdraw money?

Contact customer service.
Having more than one account can get you banned, even if it was just for testing. They will tell you what to do

I already deleted my other account and contact with support. Waiting for their solution.
