Not getting orders after all efforts to improve SEO

I have 5 years old Fiverr account but have been keenly active on it since last 3 months. I read a lot of articles and watched a lot of videos for a complete overhaul of my Bio and Gigs. Applying consistently to the Buyer Requests but yet no success. Profile and Gig views are also limited to roughly 2-3 a day. I don’t know what else can I do to improve my SEO. I’m getting into that phase of thinking to quit it.

My expertise is Data Entry, HTML signatures, and email scraping. Can anyone suggest me what should I do?
