Not got the Order and Payment from my Client even in placing order

I have managed a client and told him to pay me through Fiverr by ordering my Gig.

I sent him an offer on the Fiverr chatbox and my client said that he has paid the payment/ordered the gig and showed me the payment email

The problem is then Why I can’t see any Orders on my gig statics. Also no money.

I solved the problem. It’s clients fault. His money has returned to his account and rejected the order.
