Not happy with the order completion percentage


Got one order cancelled and they changed order completion percentage to 82% from 90%.

Delivered another order within 24 hours, with the higher value and with 5 star ratings and they increased just 1% and made it 83%.



No, not really an injustice, just a mathematical equation. In order for your cancellation rate to drop 8 percentage points with one cancellation, you’d have to have a relatively small number of orders in the last 60 days. The more orders you have, the less one cancellation will hurt your rating.
