Suddenly I checked my promote gig is not active yet there is showing this message (Not promotable (Unqualified) ) But why I don’t understand. Does anybody have this kind of promote gig issue?

What you should be showing a screen grab of is your analytics.

Have you cancelled an order recently? Been late delivering? Not answered a message within 24 hours etc?

I have no cancellations, late deliveries, bad reviews received, or unanwered messages during the last 6 months

Then that probably has an effect on your Gigs being qualified to be promoted.

You will get it back in time.
