Not sure what to do about the time crunch

I had a repeat customer buy from me again. However, he never sent me the files I needed to do the job. I’ve emailed him a few times asking for the files, and the deadline is rapidly approaching and I don’t want to get an automatic negative feedback because I couldn’t complete it because he didn’t give me the necessary files.



What do I do?

Send him a cancellation request. If he doesn’t accept or decline the request, then it will automatically cancel in about 3 days

And… if he doesn’t respond to the cancellation request, also let CS know so that the cancellation doesn’t get applied to your gig cancellation rate.
