If a buyer messages you for more info, please have the curtsy to reply. Nothing more annoying than being ignored!

I agree.

Not that it’s an excuse, but it is possible that the seller is overwhelmed, or at least extremely busy, with orders, and can’t start discussing new orders until he or she is able to get more open orders completed. If your project isn’t urgent, then perhaps you can bookmark (“collect”) the gig you’re interested in, then try again later. Or look around for other sellers of the service or product you want.

I answer whether we can offer that service or not,



It is all about respect and who knows, the buyer may come back later for another service (*it has happened!)
