I woke up this morning to a buyer who had placed a new order and asked for cancellation, all within the same breath. After looking it over, I went with it and cancelled the order.
However, just now I received a reminder to check the order requirements. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this, and if this would affect my on-time delivery rate?
(It also dropped my order completion rate from 95% to 91% in a single breath, so…RIP)
Edit: The buyer came back and ordered again. Sweet. If only cancellations didn’t affect us so much
