O cannot send attachments to my buyers after he compleated the order

One of my client wanted some revision after he completed the order. Then I have done it and I sent if via msg attachment. But he is saying that he can’t sea any attachment to download. What can I do for that?

Yeah I tried to send him screenshots also as attachments in inbox. But he is saying he cannot see any attachment with the messages I am sending to him. Only the words are displaying but no attachment?
