Offer ratio unacceptable

I never saw before that much ratio of sent offer. Is it a normal thing or spam? Confused

Maybe it could be a bug. It’s supposed to remove requests after a certain number of offers have been sent depending on the level of the user. Unless they’ve now changed that. Or maybe most of the offers are from those with level 1 and above.

Maybe because that offer stays on the page for 20 min almost.😑

It’s a new experience for me. Because within 2 min usually offer gone but it’s fixed for a certain time.
