Offline problem

For the last three days and now facing a problem that Fiverr not showing me online or does not see the green point. (In setting has not offline)
From the mobile app, it says online. If mobile is switch off or data turned off, then the website shows me offline over the computer.
How can I fix this problem?


I am not face your problem. I think it is temporary problem.

Can I kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

  1. Go to your account settings

  2. Go offline

  3. Log out

  4. Clear your browser’s cache & cookies

  5. Log back in

  6. Log back online

  7. Wait 1-2 hours

This should do the trick!
