OH DEAR! late delivery message on orders page. Why?

I didn’t deliver any orders late. But this is on the top of my orders page. Did anyone else get this today?

No, but the “dear” part is little “we are professional company but want to be perceived as easy going and friendly so we will put dear here”

Yes. I’m a new seller on Fiverr. I haven’t got any order yet but it shows.

Yep. I have the same message. I’m never to late haha so I guess this must be a bug? Problem is that this effects my GIG performance :smirk:

Received the same ominous peach color banner. Seems to be a site bug.

Exact same thing happened to me. I asked a friend of mine who works on Fiverr and he got the ominous banner as well. This is probably a bug affecting all Fiverr users.

The worst thing is when there is an “unread” message, remains at “1”… even though you have replied to every single text. That is a direct discount to the responsive rate :joy:

I submitted a ticket for that one as well and the CS assured me that nothing is wrong.

Usually this is in spam or from banned buyers/sellers and yes system is not calculating them in statistics.

Oh, dear, got it, too.

And I don’t even have any active orders.

My stats are fine (100% everything), so I think I’ll just ignore it.

The CS told me that there is no unread messages… and said she will “refresh” their web cache and ask me to recheck the following day. She also assured me that the CS ticket can be used to support my case… if my responsive rate drops.

I guess I am lucky to have met help CS rep. so far.

I checked this for you and your On-time delivery rate is 100%, this is a reminder that a system sends in case any of your orders is close to the delivery date.

Ahahah, what a load of BS. It’s a bug. I don’t have it, and it 100% does not appear just because you have orders close to the delivery date. I don’t get why they have to lie instead of admitting to screwing up.

I have 4 orders in queue, couple of hours ago I delivered 1 project which still has 4 days remaining. I didn’t receive anything like that.

Either it’s a bug or a general banner with information, but if that’s the case, the wording is very scary and off-putting. As if I did something wrong, while I didn’t.

One of fiverr’s error pages says “oh s***!…” if I’m not mistaken. Or something equally inappropriate. So “oh dear” is a step-up.

I have this thing and all the orders I’ve delivered in 2021 were at least 2 days early. The lengths this site goes to make its users paranoid are truly impressive.

Just like the “LATE” letters that mean jacksh*t on orders under revision. I swear to god they do it on purpose.

My orders have been delivered a day early.

It would have been more appropriate to say “Good job!”

I hate feeling bad every time I look at my orders page.
