Okay, how do I get a question answered before buying?

I want to have a logo created. However I also found a vector graphic online that is what I would like BUT it is in the wrong colors. Is it possible for me to purchase that vector graphic from that other site, download it and then have a Fiverr seller change the colors? And what about having 3-4 slightly different versions of the same logo?



I am CONFUSED.
