I’ve noticed this bug, people will send me a message but, when I go to reply I get a “their privacy policy doesn’t allow you to reply”, my response rate is going down because I was contacted by two different people that had this same error. So, what’s the work around?

Contact support. Well known bug. Read the other 900 million posts about it…

Usually you get this message if the user account has been banned due to suspicious activity. You can confirm this by clicking on the username.

The response rate seems to be having issues at the moment. A lot of users are experiencing a drop.
